Why am I being charged for a Basic Membership?

These are your membership dues.

Membership dues allow Meatingplace to continue to improve the quality of the editorial products you are offered. You can be assured to receive only the highest quality journalism when receiving Meatingplace’s breaking news, insightful analysis and informed debate on the most pressing issues facing our industry.

Our $359 Basic Membership dues translates to less than $1 per day to help you stay informed and connected.

What does Basic Membership include?

Basic Membership includes:

It will not affect your magazine subscription, it now offers you greater value for a few pennies more.

I want to submit my Basic Membership for reimbursement. Where can I get a copy of my receipt?

You will receive a confirmation email with a receipt for your Basic Membership dues. If you cannot locate that email or need another copy CLICK HERE for a duplicate copy.

Does my Basic Membership renew automatically?


All memberships are set to renew annually, unless otherwise specified. You will receive notice at least 30 days in advance of renewal in case you wish to change your membership settings.

When will I receive my first print issue of Meatingplace?

What is The Analogue Dish?

The Analogue Dish is a premium email newsletter from the editors of Meatingplace that examines the players, policies and competitive impact of the growing alternative meat category.

How often does The Analogue Dish publish?

The Analogue Dish is published on the third Tuesday of each month.

Do I have to be a Meatingplace member to subscribe to The Analogue Dish?

Yes. But when you subscribe, you will create a preliminary account. Later on, you’ll be asked to complete your user profile.

Why do you need all my profile information?

Membership allows us to get to know you better and deliver content that more closely suits your interests and information needs. Becoming a member entitles you to full access to our entire array of industry-leading content—news, interviews, expert bloggers and more. No. Accessing our exclusive web content mean each reader must have an independent subscription.

Equipment Exchange FAQ

When will my listing go live?

After submitting your posting, your listing will start immediately.

How long does my listing last?

Your listing will remain live for as long as you leave it active. After 30 days your listing will automatically be re-listed and your credit card charged. In order to end your listing you must go to your “CURRENT ADS” and click “END LISTING”.

Can I change or end my listing early?

Posts can be edited or removed at any time. Simply go to "CURRENT ADS" and click "EDIT" or "REMOVE". Your listing will remain archived in your “HISTORY”.

Can I list more than one piece of equipment at a time?

Each posting allows for one piece of equipment only. If you have multiple pieces of equipment to sell, each piece of equipment will need to be submitted individually. You may post as many listings as you'd like.

What if I don't have a photo of the piece of equipment?

You may skip adding a photo and only text will be displayed.

I posted my piece of equipment but can't find it?

Since the most current submitted postings appear first, your equipment may be listed lower in the chain. Scroll down to see the list of equipment.

How can I see the activity/interest from my listing?

Go to your “CURRENT ADS”. Click on the ad, and click "ACTIVITY".

What happens after I end my listing?

Your listing will be removed from site. The listing will remain in your “HISTORY”. If you would like to re-post, simply re-activate the listing.
