The Vemag LPG209 takes the Vemag LPG208 one step further with the addition of a casing loading magazine. The LPG209 is not only the fastest sausage linker in the industry, it is also the most versatile. It automatically loads collagen casings, and with a quick changeover, allows semi-automatic loading of natural casings.

The LPG209 features two rotating linking horns to significantly reduce sausage casing change times and dramatically increase production. The automatic two-horn system eliminates the downtime found in the start-and-stop casing loading process of single-horn machines. As the sausage casing on the first horn is filled and linked, another casing is simultaneously loaded onto the second horn.

The machine's casing loading magazine automatically loads collagen and cellulose casings, providing the highest levels of production. And in just minutes, you can change the machine over to semi-automatically load natural casings. It's the best of both worlds – you can realize the highest levels of production of sausages in either collagen casings, cellulose casings, or natural casings using just one machine.
